In 2001, Farrar Duro, AP, FABORM founded Florida Complete Wellness where she specializes in reproductive acupuncture and herbal medicine, along with Arvigo Techniques of Maya Abdominal Therapy (ATMAT). After completing her studies in Traditional Chinese Medicine in Shandong, China and earning her degree from the Florida College of Integrative Medicine in 2000, she became a Fellow of the American Board of Oriental Reproductive Medicine in 2008.

Driven by her own experience overcoming PCOS and endometriosis with Traditional Chinese Medicine and other natural methods, Farrar derives immense fulfillment from sharing her knowledge, and in pursuit of this, she founded The PCOS Revolution Podcast.
